First they do an Email interview with three questions. After that they do a video interview with operations manager and CEO, which I thought was cool because I hate having to go to an interview and waste money on gas/Uber and then you either don’t get the job or the interview is super fast. After the video interview you move on to take a skills assessment test with various tasks to perform in under 1 hour. After that if you do well you should move on to the interview tour unfortunately I didn’t get to move on and they sent me a very sweet rejection letter making me feel like there was nothing wrong with me and that the person the picked just had “more experience” but I just saw them repost the AD on Craigslist a day after rejecting me. Soooo I don’t know what that means. It does make me feel worse that they didn’t pick me and are still looking and lied about it. But overall a good interview experience because at-least I didn’t have to spend money on an outfit or transportation for the interview.
