I showed up 30 mins early, and then Proceeded to wait another 45 mins. The initial interview was really strange and confusing. They asked maybe 4 questions about me, then proceeded to call me that night, and offer me a second interview, where I had to travel to a Sam's club on a Saturday and interview there in the middle of the store. It wasn't long that I realized this wasn't an event planning job, but a direct sales job. I just wish there had been more transparency, and not felt to deceptive. They then told me to email the boss and tell her why I deserve the job and wanted to then interview again on Sunday. From what I have heard from others, this is the norm for them,
