The hiring process overall was great — HR was super responsive, and the first interview with the Product Manager went really well. Unfortunately, I was rejected after the second round with the CTO. What feels off is that the job description mentioned I'd report to the VP of Design, yet I didn’t even get a chance to connect with her before being rejected. For any designer, feedback from the Design lead would make a huge difference. Hopefully, UrbanFT’s upper management will consider this in future hiring processes.
