Friendly and relaxed approach. The questions were easy going and there was no pressure to know everything . First round of interviews was easy as they mainly asked questions about myself and my career aspirations.
Quick and easy. The HR manager had a screening phone call and explained the role to me then proceeded to forward an online meeting where I met her and a colleague, 2 weeks later I was invited for a second round with the Managing director and wrote a test.
