It was too long, total 8 rounds of interview. wasted employee time. Team is so confused . If you have to keep me on hold so why taken 8 rounds of interview with 5 different people. Called office more than 4 times for taking an interview. You could have said no with a reason, that would be more appropriate. Who will pay the fare. I was very hopeful when they said that they have called me for discussion. I thought it's a salary discussion round, but not. Honestly very unprofessional people. I would not recommend. Very pathetic experience with UC.
