The selection process consists of three rounds: an online assessment focused on aptitude and logical reasoning, a detailed technical interview conducted by ISB-qualified managers, and a final HR round evaluating communication skills, cultural fit, motivation, and overall suitability for the role.

The interviewer went through my resume and asked multiple things from it. Majorly about my projects. He also asked a guesstimate question. It was through my college so I believe the process was much easier for me than if I had tried off campus.
