A screening interview that is mostly about what you want to work on;
A technical interview that is 50% CV walkthrough and 50% system design of a cloud based scanning tool. This is looking for very specific skills that are not well aligned to the work that will be done.
“Upwinded” (verb): when a company offers you a job, then proceeds to ghost you afterward
