Interview process was very quick and concise and I wasn't left waiting or wondering what would happen. I was very impressed with the warmth and professionalism that I received from all parties.

First interviewer was very nice and warm, asking the basic questions, why do you want to work here, what experience do you have? Second interviewer was more sten and objective. Asked tougher questions. I thought I had it until... She asked me- what is the maximum amount of drinks a Starbucks store can make a day, hour, per minute? No other guidelines were given. Question was intended to"understand my thought process". As I was expected to create a detailed formula to answer the question. I bombed and the interview ended. No offer was given the reason being I didn't have enough experience in the banking industry.. I understand that but why interview me? Not a good experience. I know one question determined the outcome rather than my college degree and relavant experiences. Hopefully someone will read this can can better answer that question.Good luck!
