The interview process was very thorough, yet everybody I talked to was extremely friendly. Stage 1 : I had a great chat with Claudia Pouani. She was very friendly and energetic. She was great and explained the position in detail. Her uplifting energy expressed the environment of Upstart. Stage 2 : I met with Kenneth Skeaton and Chelcy Roberts. The two interviews went on for 30 minutes respectively. They were extremely accommodating and they asked comprehensive questions to make sure that I understood what was expected in the position. Overall a great interview process.

It was very smooth. I was comfortable and I liked it . The interviewer was very calm and friendly. We chatted about usual things and then slides into questions. It helped me.
Easiest interview ever. Strictly questions getting to know you and how your past makes you suited for the role. They’ll mostly hire anyone unless they seem like they’re socially awkward.

Entrevista
Very smooth process from start to finish. Went through a screening with personality and aptitude aspects, followed by two Zoom interviews, and a final call before the offer was extended and accepted.
