So we are not legit because we are laid back? I don’t think I’ll ever make people around here understand a huge reason we are the way we are is because we are completely opposite from Corp America. Corp America is going to pay an entry level 28k after taxes. As far as cars, I don’t know any company that’s just giving away company cars to entry level employees. Would you buy your kid with zero experience driving, a brand new BMW? No, so that’s why we won’t buy an entry level with zero experience in the job a vehicle, we have no idea on if your going to generate a sale! As far as health care, we pay 50% of what you pay monthly, so not to sure what was so strange about that. And we pay back 50% gas reimbursement. It sounds sketchy to you because it’s not the normal job which we understand. But I wouldn’t expect you to understand, that’s why we wanted to go through the interview process. We had a 22 yrs old ex marine with no experience make 4K last week. Call and talk to him his names Randy, great guy. He’ll explain to you why he didn’t think twice about the position and likes the laid back environment. Some people are afraid of a risk kind of job but people like randy thrive on it. We hope you find whatever it is you are looking for but calling us not legit because we don’t give cars away and we are laid back is pretty ridiculous and we couldn’t dissagree more.
