Recieved a call from HR in July. Waited for 2 weeks for the team manager to come back from holiday. Proceeded to next round and had an interview with the team manager. Had to wait another two weeks to have an interview with the CEO. On the day of the interview, the CEO was late to the meeting and conducted the phone interview from a very noisy train, I could not hear anything properly and it was a horrible interview process. However, I went through with it. I waited another two weeks to hear back from them as the HR was on vaccation this time. Weeks went by, I kept asking them if there were any updates and they kept postponing the result. October came along and and I decided to emal them one final time after several ignored emails. The response finally came stating that I was "not from an IT background" and that they could not select me. Highly unprofessional company that has absolutely no care for applicants. I wasted so much time for this company just for them to treat me this way.
