A 30 minute call with a unengaged recruiter who seemed to be reading off a script the whole time. If you pass that screening a 30 minute conversation will be set up with a hiring manager with questions irrelevant to the position and alot of small talk to bide time due to interviewers hiring decisions obviously being made by connections based on age and race.
