      Entrevista

      There was an initial 30 minute phone screen with the manager that the role would be working under. Then there was a technical assessment which was a mock customer service experience and asked questions about website security and dealing with tickets. The next interview was a culture interview with a person in the role being hired for. Then I had an interview with the next level manager above the manager of the role.

      This has been the worst interview process I’ve ever dealt with. They are going to waste your time. 3 interviews then all they say is “sorry”. Please look somewhere else. Horrible company.

      Entrevista

      The interview process took overall about a month to complete. It was broken down into 4 separate interviews and one Q & A task. The Intro interview began with the Chief Customer Officer! Here you tell them about yourself and give a little bit of knowledge regarding technical skills. Make sure to be open and honest and don't over think your answers. Overall est time is 30 mins. Next is Q & A portion, you are given three example question that pertain to the position. While it may seem you need to know how the system in use works its more based towards how you would respond rather than the technically correct answer! Next Interview is the technical interview. Here you go into a little more depth on your technical knowledge. Even though its a technical interview be prepared to discuss work related moments and general work/career questions. Overall est time 45 mins. Next is the Culture interview. Here you learn about the Upguard’s work culture and get a more in-depth conversation with someone thats worked the position. In this interview its important to focus on what you value in a work culture and how best to explain that! Also be prepared for some technical questions as well. Est time 45 mins. Final interview is with the CEO! Be prepared with questions that you feel are important to best learn about the company and keep them engaged. Overall don't overthink it and it should go smoothly. Once you finish you're done with the interview process and now await their decision! Est 30 mins. All in all a really smooth interview process with constant communication throughout. Cant ask for anything more when it comes to an interview process thats this thorough. After the interview process I heard back within a day. Again its impeccable how quick and timely they keep in communication. My regards to the entire team that handled my interview process at UpGuard as they did a great job!
