I submitted an application online and about a week later I was emailed giving me a time for a phone interview. I was also given a set of questions I was to answer and email back before the phone call. The call went for about 30 minutes. I was then contacted a week or so later to set up a 1:1 interview. It went okay, but it made me realize this position was not for me.
