I applied for the Market Specialist Associate job at the end of July and was contacted after 2 weeks to set up a phone interview. A couple days later I had the phone interview and was actually lead to apply for a different position with Unum. I then received both a phone call and several emails about setting up a phone interview for the Customer Service Specialist position. The phone interview for this position was very basic I was asked to talk about myself and my resume and then I was asked some situational questions. Soon after that I set up an on site interview for the end August. I was very nervous about this but the 2 women who interviewed me were very nice and easy to talk to. I was asked behavioral questions and situational questions. Also at the end of the interview they had me talk on the phone as if I was taking a hotel reservation. They give you all the information for this so it was very simple. This was a great interview experience and Unum seems like a great company to work for.
