Really quite shocking. The interviewers gossiped about previous employees, grilled me about my intentions here in the UK in such a way that I've never even had at immigration (I'm a non-EU immigrant), were rather impolite when talking about my other languages (it was suggested that I may not want to tell employers that I speak Russian/that there was nothing useful about me being able to speak other languages), asked rather personal questions about my relationship with my family back home, told me that they were looking forward to seeing me in the second round of interviews and then proceeded to take over three weeks after sending a vague rejection email to give any requested feedback on the interview itself (which, in reality, was not feedback but an almost identical email to the rejection message I was sent after the first interview). Needless to say, it's not somewhere that I'd ever consider interviewing at ever again.

I found the job through Kelly Services, who does the staffing for Unum. The woman I dealt with was very helpful. She sent my resume over to HR, I received an email asking me if I was interested in the position and if so to fill out a pre-phone interview questionnaire. I got an email after sending the questionnaire back to the HR rep, asking if I was available for a phone interview. I'm taking the phone interview today!
