Came into contact at university career fair. Recruiter talked about position and took my resume. Through initial meeting, and email communication an interview was arranged. They were very nice and approachable. The first interview is over the phone with Unum HR.

Extensive screening process, including multiple meetings in a field office. Then went on to a one day assessment in Tennessee with multiple meetings featuring an array of managers from around the country.

Entrevista
Went through a series of interviews, consisting of in person, phone, and flew out to one of their head quarters. Interview process lasted around 6 hours. The entire process start to finish was around three months. It was rather intensive. Mostly behavioral based question, with real world application.

Over the phone interview on two separate occasions. Then I was called in for an in person interview with 3 sales reps, Spent a day shadowing sales reps, and being interviewed through out the day.
