I was referred to UP via a family friend. Interview was rather standard. Discussed previous experience and how I would handle certain situations/aspects of this position. We covered some aspects about Applied Behavior Analysis and current research. We also discussed the agency and its company culture. The interviewer asked what other areas of ABA I was interested in to get an idea of special projects for me. I said social skills, OBM and Early Intervention.
