Before reading the reviews. Do not attend the interview at CMSS Pvt lTd. Or you will end up wasting your time,energy and money. This company is only trolling the students. They are taking interview just for the sake of having it. They are not Hiring any applicants. I had attended the interview.It was a one day process It took 7 hrs i.e. 11:00 am - 06:00 pm with all breaks and waiting for the result. It had 5 rounds 1st Round - Aptitude Test (Some questions were on database) 2nd Round - Java Program (Find max. number in array) 3rd Round - 1st Face to Face (Pattern Program + some questions) 4th Round - 1 hr Aptitude Test (Logical Reasoning Questions) 5th Round - 2nd Face to Face After completing all the rounds.. They told me "You have completed all the rounds. But we dont see you passionate so we can't hire you" I mean WTF.. You bloody expect a Fresher to know hard core programming ?? And to the ones who they felt passionate , they gave them a programming task and asked them to return back after 7 days. If they like the task then and then only they are selected..

I got into interview with resume, firts round will be Aptitude test (not too tough questions), very same round they will ask to write java program for there requirement and 3rd round will F2F technical, followed by Manager and HR round
