aptitude, interview among only 4 to select one..It was taken by the director himself..aptitude has questions from verbal and non verbal reasoning..it was on the morning aptitude test was taken of all the shortlisted candidates prior by the company...among then at afternoon the results were declared and then were called for the interviews in person.
