As a graduate from the University, I applied for the job having gone through the enrollment process and could relate to new students. The first step was a phone interview entailed me discussing my resume, which they had a copy of. There were no questions but the woman said she would recommend me. An hour later, I had an interview scheduled for the next day. The interview consisted of three women, one typing and two asking questions. The questions were based on past work and how it related to this position. The one woman seemed disinterested - looking out the window. I was asked if I had any questions, which they quickly answered and escorted me out. I received an email a week later saying they chose another person.
Very nice managers really helped me through the process with multiple interviews and an offer. I wish the salary were higher but the raises seem good. I’m a little worried it’s a sales environment but I’m excited to help people get in school!

Quick phone call interview then in person interview with a panel group that consisted of 3 people. Overall, interview went well and we're very respectful. Asked some generic interview questions

Terrible. The managers didn't look at my resume, and when they did they saw I was recently a cashier and told me "This job is harder than that." If they looked further, they would've seen my history working in medical facilities as a care coordinator. They were cold, made me feel terrible - and I've been ghosted for another job I interviewed for.
