It is stupid how they do the interview, they have written questions and can't even figure out who does what question.

The interview took place in one of their classrooms and there were two people that conducted the interview. They wanted to know situations where I promoted team work, a time a made a mistake, and what I thought made a good manager. I was surprised they did not want references or have me fill out an application. I am not sure if that is the normal process or they knew they did not want to hire me.
