The interview process was very pleasing. They made me feel at ease. I was a referral by another employee. They called me one day, arranged a meeting. The day of the interview we talked about my experience, background education, and overall what I could if they gave me a few courses to conduct at the same time. I basically agreed instantly, I was very excited to teach. They explained the process of some credential I needed to obtain (learn their company system etc) which they provide the education for you in several brief courses. At the end they provide a certificate. Then you're ready to start.
