HR contacted me, then she's informed me that the next stage will be a short assessment then meet up with 2 directors. I was so disappointed with the process, I completed the task then have to wait 20 min to have my face to face interview. Needless to say, just one director show up without any apologies. The director was not that much interested about my background neither about my CV, very distant and comr accross a bit arrogant . The director's continuously asked me if I have questions as If I was the hiring manager. I spent more time asking question that them get to know me. Perhaps they had already someone in the pipeline, and use me for HR policy. Very disappointed as working at UMG was a dream.
