Interview process was an initial phone screen with HR, followed up by three Skype interviews. Then it was three in person interviews at the facility. Facility is updated and surroundings are nice. Limited personnel on site due to Covid at time. Equipment produced was interesting. Interviews went well and position was offered. I had done my research on the many negative company reviews and reached out to longer term employees via another professional networking site. I confirmed they'd had no annual salary increase in years and recommended to negotiate all salary requirements desired for your term at the company up front. That was highly surprising. Job offer came in and package was less than my current, previously discussed, level. A five percent increase in salary and 4 weeks vacation was discussed. That would have only been a slight loss in overall salary for me, but I was up for a new challenge. They then returned and said giving 4 weeks vacation would hurt the feelings of current employees who didn't negotiate. With 28 years of experience, accepting 3 weeks of vacation was not an option at this later stage of my career. Knowing there was no chance of future salary increases and the bonus never pays, I declined the position. I'd caution anyone thinking of going here to do your due diligence and research this place.
