The first round was the basic HR round and then there was an interview with the director based on the Case Study provided before. The case study interview lasted for 45 mins
The interviewer seemed friendly. She wanted to know more about my background and my work as I came from a non-trad background. It was a long conversation but wasn't strenuous. She seemed convinced and satisfied with my answers and informed me that I would be sent a case study for the next round and that I could coordinate with the HR. The HR never answered my calls or responded to my emails ever since the interview. They could've directly said that they will not move ahead with my candidature and that I have been rejected. But ghosting is highly unprofessional and speaks volumes about their culture.

HR will send a HBR case study and the candidate has to understand, analyze, and prepare a detailed presentation on that case study within one week. I was give case study on Penguin Book House and Amazon
