There was very clear communication and everyone was friendly throughout the entire process. I felt they were transparent about the role, company and future goals. While I was not selected, I appreciated that their interview process was very clear.

The final round was with the General Manager and the President. Questions throughout focused on personality fit, cultural alignment with the company, and motivation for joining the role and the organization, rather than technical case studies.
