2 stage process. 1st stage, Interview with Regional Director. General questions regarding your understanding of the job role; what you can bring to the company; RD also will share KPI's and what makes the bank unique; Industries they operate; the strategic intention of the role. What they are looking for in this 1st stage is personality type; skills level; value add. 2nd stage, Case study or presentation for 2 hours with 2 Regional Directors and possibly HR. The Regional Directors are very knowledgeable and they make the interview very interactive.
