There will be more than one person that needs to interview you. The initial interview is a Talent personnel who completes the telephone screening. Then that person will pass your information along to the actual hiring director/manager for review. The actual interview is pain-free. Just be patient for the process to take place. It may take up to 30 days to process the application.
