Three step process- met with a recruiter, then had a panel interview, and then my two references were interviewed. Everything was done digitally and my recruiter was super helpful throughout the process, especially when I had questions after being hired

There was a screening interview spanning 30 minutes conducted by the HR, where they talk about your interest in the company and clarify any of your questions concerning the position. Then there was a technical interview with 3 tech leads which lasted about an hour.
