Several steps, one-on-one with university recruiter, then with two hiring managers, then a sales presentation / pitch. No BS. Very streamlined and clearly organised. Etc. etc. to fill 30 min word count.
Pre-screen, interview with team lead, group interview and project, final panel interview. The process was well organized and clear to follow. A typical interview style for this type of work
