I had a great overall experience. I was contacted by HR to schedule our first video call on October 15th . I experienced unexpected technical issues with my device during the call, but the recruiter was very kind and made me feel comfortable. We decided to try the call again an hour later, and everything went well. Some days later he asked me to schedule an interview with a manager. The skype session was setted for October 23th. We had a fluid conversation and I understood what they needed from me. I also noticed that my professional background fitted perfectly with what they were looking for. Soon after this interview, the recruiter sent me a very positive feedback and he asked my availability for an onsite interview. By then, I was in another city so I travelled to meet with the manager and other three interviewers for a serial interviews of half an hour each. Each of them evaluated different aspects of me, and they also shared me their expectations about the role I was seeking. Some days later, the recruiter wrote me again with a positive feedback and told me that a manager from London wanted to hold a videoconference with me in order to check my english communications skills. The total process took a month.
