Entrevista
Company (Helsinki) had open jobs advertised on Glassdoor but also other places and I was in the interview 2 years ago but I gave up, and I had contact of HR on Linkedin so I sent her message.
I've sent my CV and got called after a week or so, I did short interview over the phone, and I was sent list of around ten tasks to do, out of which two were jsfiddle javascript tasks.
I spent whole day finishing all the tasks and I've sent back results. I was promised to get answer until the end of the week but I didn't got anything.
Finally I got call the week after that saying that I didn't had any bigger mistakes but that they will simply not hire me. They apologised saying that they hired some people and they will make a short break and that they will contact me when they open more positions. This was lamest excuse ever since I wasted whole day on the tasks and they didn't even want to call me in for the interview, but I said fine, ok, what can I do.
I've also seen that they did put up new job ads but of course they never contacted me again.

They asked if I am interested to work on their Unity ads project or the other project that is secret and they can't tell me anything about.
We appreciate you sharing your experience. Often time there are a number of strong candidates for a role and the team has to make difficult decisions. It's good to hear that the process had improved from 2 years ago and we will continue to improve based on feedback like this. We would encourage you to reapply if you see a new role that is of interest to you.
