I was first contacted by a recruiter who did a phone screen and told me a bit about the position and its requirements. I then did a phone interview, and was then recommended for an in-person interview with three people. I never heard back from them afterwards, even after contacting them via email.

Met with 5 different people. Two other SE's, my potential (current) manager, his director, VP of Sales and the CTO. Casual conversations with a few background explanations, few expectations of next job. Pretty typical all around.
