Video interview, done recorded and no face to face. It was strange and impersonal. It was also frustrating to get them to look at my resume. They seem to want someone with customer service experience but with 10 years of experience…very strange and very little effort but into the process
It was an online interview process with prompts and the opportunity to practice before submitting your real answers. Pretty general questions about customer service. It was timed, so you only have a certain amount of time before you have to record your response.

The interview process was great, very informative ( they answered every question that I asked and good positive vibes. They made me feel welcome during the interview and asked me good questions.
