Had a call with a recruiter, then made it to first round interview with hiring manager. Didn't make it to the next round, but there would have been one more final round.

It was all virtual interviews for a remote role. In total, 3 separate interviews to meet with various levels (hr, hiring manager, panel with equivalent level employees). Questions felt more about personality fit versus resume/skills; which in retrospect is telling.

Entrevista
Four interviews spread out over three days. Very organized; behavioral -type questions. I had plenty of time to ask questions at the end of each interview. Everyone was on time for the interviews, they listened to my responses and asked follow-up questions.
