The screening process was a pain in the rear. The IBM call center simulation did not function correctly, getting HR to respond to their phone messages was also a pain in the rear. I had to resort to publicly posting on their FaceBook page to get some to respond. They only did so when I started to give advice to their paying customers to call their HR office and then their state insurance commissioner to complain.

It was easy and calm because you was able to replay and have 3 attempts . The questions was tricky but once I put them into star method I was able to answer the questions much better. I had enough time to write my answers down and practice saying it.

Quick and standard interview questions. The first was a video interview. The second was a video call within a week apart. The complete process from applying and receiving an offer was about 12 business days.

Apply, interview recorded summation, followed by video appt with a manager, followed by hiring process which includes background check and drug test. Training sheet after. I did 12 weeks of paid training.
