Initially, I received a call from a recruiter to schedule a phone interview with another recruiter. After passing that interview the recruiter then passed my information on to one of the managers. The manager called me about 2-3 days later for 2nd phone interview. I received an offer about a week later.

the interview process with unitedhealth group was very fluent, virtual interview without any connection problems. questions stayed on the screen while having to record the answer which was very helpful when trying to answer questions.

I’ve actually applied here twice. The first time I never heard back. The second time I was offered a video interview with only 5 days to complete it. The interview process was a waste of my time both times. It takes FOREVER to get a response at every step in the process.

Assessment then self video interview submission. Process was simple and relatively easy. The self interview has unlimited retakes before submitting which is nice to not have to be put on the spot to answer questions.
