I applied online right after my cousin didn't get hired . We are similar but different people and he told me he thinks I would be better suit for the job . I applied . Completed assessment . Was sent another one to complete then I was called to set interview .
I met very nice women at my interview . They were very pleased with the growth of the company and very excited to work here . Made me feel welcome .

the interview process with unitedhealth group was very fluent, virtual interview without any connection problems. questions stayed on the screen while having to record the answer which was very helpful when trying to answer questions.

I’ve actually applied here twice. The first time I never heard back. The second time I was offered a video interview with only 5 days to complete it. The interview process was a waste of my time both times. It takes FOREVER to get a response at every step in the process.

Assessment then self video interview submission. Process was simple and relatively easy. The self interview has unlimited retakes before submitting which is nice to not have to be put on the spot to answer questions.
