First Interview: One half hour interview with a manager, mine was on campus Second Interview: Overview of Company followed by two half an hour interviews, lunch with the current TDPers, a panel to ask the current TDPers anything, and then a wrap up. The process was good, however, they only tell you the benefits after you get an offer.
