I talked to a recruiter first, and they scheduled the interview with the hiring team. The interview was done virtually through HireVue. This interview was one of the best interviews I've experienced. The hiring manger was thorough and educated me about almost every aspect of the company and my position that I applied for. It definitely confirmed the reason why I was interested in the position in the first place. It took three weeks to get the offer, but I understood because from what I was told there was an influx of applicants, and it looked like a lot of people were reviewing my interview. Overall, I was treated very well, and I got to explain why I was a good fit for the position. I felt like this interview gave me a voice, and I'm really grateful for this entire process.
