Submitted the job application through company website, meanwhile sent resume directly to the hiring office staff, got the acknowleged emails right after submission, scheduled phone interview with HR staff for the following week, the interview went through about 30 minutes, at the end I was told not meet the mininum experience requirements. Two months later, got another call from hiring manager directly asking what's the status of my application, because they did not hear from HR. After telling him that I was no longer under consideration by HR, the manager scheduled onsite interview right away for the following week. Onsite interviews consisted four individual 1 on 1 with senior level people, most questions are behavior and typical walk through resume, last 4 hours. Offer was extended one week later.

Phone interview with recruiter. Teams interview with manager. Then, despite a few follow-ups, was ghosted. Sent in my withdrawal weeks later and got a prompt response only then. Bush league.
