      Entrevista

      I applied on line and was contacte within a week or so for the position. A interview was arranged with the supervisor and a few others in the office. I felt welcomed and challenged by the questions posed and the dialog that ensued. Great communication, enjoyed the interview, liked the people. I was offered a job within 1 week.

      After I applied, I got notified about a phone screen about a month later and spoke with the recruiter who asked some basic questions about qualifications. Most things that were already on my resume. After that initial call, I had to do their "digital" interview, which was awkward, but it really wasn't that bad. Basically, it's a webcam interview with no one on the other end. You're prompted with 3 questions and have 2 minutes to answer each. They tell you that you can be casually dressed for this and everything, but I still made it a point to look nice. The questions were basic such as "what specifically do you think you'll bring to this role," etc. After that, I think I spoke with a recruiter once more who said that my info was being forwarded to the hiring manager. Then I just waited (there's no sense of urgency I guess)...maybe 2 weeks went by before I heard from the hiring manager about an interview and we had a phone interview that lasted about an hour. I got an offer the next week, but offer is contingent upon background check and drug screen, so it can take some time before you start.

      Entrevista

      Received a phone call from a recruiter who indicated that they would like to conduct a phone interview re: position applied for. Recruiter set up a time for later that day and contacted me for the phone interview. interview consisted of questions re: how my experience correlated with the specific duties of the position and what skills I could bring to the table. Recruiter indicated that if the hiring manager was interested, I would be contacted to set up a face to face interview. A couple of days later received a phone call from another recruiter to schedule an interview two weeks later. The interview was a one-to-one with the hiring manager and was asked general interview questions. Interviewer was very knowledgeable and friendly. Very down-to-earth and laid back as well. She told me if I was selected, I would hear something in two weeks. Received a phone call several days later to set up a third interview which was two weeks later. Interview with previous interviewer and another manager. Asked basic interview questions and a few behavioral questions related to position. Manager indicated that if chosen I would hear something in two weeks. Received an offer in a week time-frame.
