Entrevista
Submitted my resume online and had a friend who works there currently give me a referral. The first interview is a phone interview where several behavioral questions are asked as well as briefly going through your interest in the position. Next I was brought into an in person interview which consisted of interviewing with two sales managers, one of whom was conference called into the interview. This portion of the interview focused on work history and more behavioral style questions. I was advanced to the final round of the interview process which included a telephone role-play interview in which you are instructed to sell a product (health/auto/life) insurance to a sales member who role plays the interaction with you. I don't have a prior background in insurance and did some research into the company's products and service but didn't feel that the means you were measured by were communicated to you effectively prior to the role-play taking place. I received an email 15 minutes later stating that I was not in the running any longer.

Being asked to sell insurance when you have no industry knowledge is kind of a daunting task. I proceeded with a questions based selling style by trying to find what the role-playing salesman was looking for and then offering a product that met their needs.

Entrevista
I spoke to the recruiter four days before the second interview, which lasted for thirty minutes we agreed on many thing. So he scheduled me for a follow up interview to do an online video conference call. I showed up I was ready and no one showed up. So I called to find out what happend, the person who setup the interview had no clue who I was. She was going to resend the the email, I told her I would wait online for twenty five minutes which I did. Still no no show so I sent a follow email showing that for the record I was there. Things happen for a reason.

Entrevista
first a recruiter reached, and asked some simple questions in a phone screening. Then, they scheduled follow up with the sales managers via zoom. They asked some behavioral questions and discussed starting dates and job descriptions/expectations.

Entrevista
I filled out the application on line. I submitted my resume, a cover letter, transcripts and previous job history. I then received a phone message stating that the Human Resource department sent me an email. I was asked to answer the email. The HR department wanted to know specific days and times that would work with my schedule to conduct a 60 minute phone interview. I answered the email and within the day I had an interview scheduled.
