Make sure your on time for the hiring process you will not be able to stay if your late. You will have to reschedule. Dress to impress. Smile. Be positive, Listen and be read for every question asked. Go over all material.

Entrevista
You will either receive a phone call or email for your interview. After passing a drug test and a couple tests on the computer, (2 typing tests and call center knowledge test) you will have an interview with a coach from the account you have applied for. After that you will either be hired or not hired. Training begins as a class usually a couple weeks later.
