Not even 24 hours had passed since passing my exam, when Connextions called me. I had my interview with the Operations Manager over the Aetna account, and it was only 15 minutes long. She asked if I had phone experience, and told me the details of the job, and my shedule and then offered me the job.
Went to offices for a Job Fair. Quick, applied online, interviewed on the spot. Was then called back in to the office to be given offer, signed letter & started onboarding process almost immediately.

I applied at Optum/ United Healthcare and it took 2 weeks to hear back from a recruiter.
Then, I completed a phone interview and a digital interview
Once, everything goes well. A recruiter will make you a job offer.
But, you must pass the drug test/ background check.

It was a timed interview which had to be done online at home. If you were chosen to move on to the second round, then you would have to go in for a drug test.
