Online application, took 3 weeks for 1st phone interview with recruiter. After 1 week was called for interview with hiring manager. Interview was behavioral and took about 1 hr. Received detailed information about the interviewer as well as the job description. Interviewer gave positive feedback during the interview process making me much more comfortable answering the questions. Questions were not skill based. Must do your homework about the company and put thought into how you can convince someone that your past experiences have prepared you to accomplish the job based on decision making skills in previous positions.
