The interview process was quite straight forward. Once you fill out an application online if they are interested they will send an email within 48 hours. The email requires you to take some standard computer assessments. After the assessments I was contacted a few days later to set up a phone interview. Trust when I say the phone interview is your best friend because similiar questions are asked in next interviews. After phone interview I had a phone interview with the hiring manager and after this step a week later an in person interview with the hiring manager and two other managers. I was offered the position exactly one week after in person interview.

None were difficult. They did ask in the in person interview "what company policy have you intentionally broken" (A trick question). Another repeated question from each interview was "what's your perfect job."

Entrevista
I was first contacted to do a assessment online. After completing the test i was contacted by a recruiter asking about previous work experience. The recruiter was friendly and professional. After passing on to the next step i was set up with a hour interview with hiring manager. It was more if a conference call with two people on the line asking me about me previous work experience and situational questions. Nothing out of the ordinary. I didnt feel pressured and they were very professional and conversational. I was told i would be contacted in a few days with the next step. I will update accordinly.

Entrevista
Applied online for position, received an email the following day to complete an assessment in addition to self-identify. Exactly one week later received an email explaining the job I applied in more detail and the day to day expectations for that position and role; immediately after receiving email received a call from recruiter stating I excelled at assessment and would like to set up time for phone interview; had phone interview the following day which lasted about 30-40 minutes asked detailed information behavioral and situational on past experiences with previous employers and employees; stated I would be moved to the next round and be contacted within 1-2 weeks; the following week was a holiday so did not hear from hiring manager however my application status changed to "Initial Phase" stated I would being forwarded to the next round; received a phone call the following Monday from hiring manager to schedule a phone interview for following day; phone interview was following day, lasted for 1 hour and went very well, then invited for in person interview within the next 2 weeks. In person interview was not as long as the intitial interviews and met the Directors and Manager over that division. Questions were also behavioral, situational and gaging personality, was told I would hear back within a week. Received a phone call a week and a half later offering the position from HR Recruiter.
Overall very thorough interview process yet smooth and received positive feedback each week during the process.
