After reaching out to the recruiter and months of follow up, I finally had a phone interview with a colleague of the hiring manager which was very positive. Three weeks later after following up on my own, I had another interview with the actual hiring manager but she was unfamiliar with my resume. After waiting around for another month I was offered an in-person interview and thought it went very well but neglected to hear back. After hounding the two hiring managers and recruiter for five weeks, I finally got word from the recruiter that they had offered the position to someone else; this experience was in bad taste and was very unprofessional.

overall a very good experience. Clear and friendly. The interview was over the phone. Typical interview questions, nothing unexpected. Asked about previous roles and why i want to work with united health group.

The phone interview was smooth, thein person interview was smooth as well. However it's been 1 month and havent hear anything, and just saw they re posted the job posting. So I assume I didnt get the job. No communication on their part this is now the 2nd interview I've done and not heard back. A friend of mine had an interview only to be turned away because she mis read my friends experience.
