The process was simple. First they conducted a phone interview, after that, the recruiter passed my info to the hiring manager to schedule a face to face. The face to face was a 3 person panel interview: one advisor, one supervisor, and one administrator. Once that process is over, a negotiator will call to make you an offer if you accept an final face to face will take place to go over start date etc

Pretty straightforward. I was asked standard questions as well as situation based. My interviewers were a current advisor as well as a supervisor. It lasted about 30 to 40 minutes. I felt at ease in speaking with both of them.
